Week Four Complete!

Well I did it....I passed the 10lb mark! I just got home from my weigh in and was sooo excited to blog! I lost 3.4lbs this week!!! Craziness!!! I really wasn't expecting that but I am quite happy! My total is 12.8lbs so far.....its slowly getting up there, my butterfly ticker is flying away, lol.

This week I joined a bootcamp class, and I got all my measurements taken (scary!) and they also measured my body fat percentage. So when I get a chance I will post all my measurements thus far and then write all the after measurements (which im hoping to be less) when bootcamp is done. It begins Monday Sept 15th and its for 4 weeks. I chose to go 3 times a week for now. Im really hoping that now that I have the hang of eating healthier, that I can bring in some activity to boost up the weight loss a bit more.

I only have 9.2lbs till my 10%!!! That is my first big goal! I am hoping to get that before my birthday (October 29th). That works out to 1.4-1.6lbs lost per week. Can I do it? YES!!! ;) That would be a wonderful birthday gift to myself! :) (Along with a new outfit of course!!!) Well I shall keep you all updated!!! Ta ta for now!!!

Weigh In Day!

Where do I begin.........this was a really tough week. I was quite scared to go to weigh in this week. I had a lot of functions and birthdays (which means birthday cake!) to go to, plus is was long weekend......I did indulge on a few goodies (maybe a little bit too much) but overall it could have been A LOT worse. I went to weigh in and lost 0.4 lbs. Yup......thats it, lol. But I didn't gain. So I must say I am happy about that part. I know I could have done a lot better but considering I didn't eat one dinner at my house all week, it doesn't seem so awful.

I am excited this week because my cousin and one of my friends joined WW with me again. I am hoping we will all keep each other motivated to go every week and stay on plan. This week my challenge is to go on my tredmill for 5 outta the 7 days for at least 30 min. I figure I can do it during a tv show for a half hour. It seems so simple so we'll see how it goes.

Well wish me luck this week.....I feel focused and I want to get passed the 10 pound mark! lol :) Have a great week to all!!!!
