Well this is my first blog! I have never made one of these before but as I was browsing the net at work I became so motiavted and inspired by some blogs that I read. So....i figured I could try and motivate myself and start one too :)
I have been on and off WW for a few years now and I really need the motivation to get focused and stay dedicated to it for good! I went for my fresh start (again) yesterday to see the dreadful scale. I am at my highest weight ever......225.6!!! I don't know how it came to this.......but I need to face reality, no excuses anymore. My key thing is.......YOU BITE IT, YOU WRITE IT!! And thats what I am focused on doing this week. I am doing the flex plan right now but I may try the core in the future. I am 5'4 and 23 years old. I have always been considered the "chubby" one all my life. It would be amazing to not feel like that for once.
I'd love to hear peoples comments and successes that helped them along the way. This is a lifestyle change and I accept that. I shall keep an update at least every weigh in, if not more, to let you know my results. (hopefully they are good ones) Ta ta for now!!

hey girl. i saw ur blog on my friend heathers.. im kinda new to this blogging thing too but it really does help and inspire. i started ww 6 months ago weighing 222 and so far ive lost 23 lbs. it really does work. just have to keep with it! and 7 lbs your first week is awesome! congrats!!
