Week 2!!!

Well here goes my second post.......I have tried really hard this past week and I have been tracking and drinking my water daily. I had a few indulges but no matter what it was I tracked it as best as I could. I went to my weekly meeting yesterday to weigh in and the results were......I LOST 7 POUNDS!!!! I was shocked! I actually enjoyed myself all week with fruits and vegis and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I went out for 2 dinners and still managed to stay on track. I am so motivated to do well again this week! So far so good.....I am learning to just take this one day at a time. I know it will take a while but eventually I will get there if I stick to it.

Last week I focused mainly on drinking my water and this week I am focused on going for a power walk three times for an hour. We'll see how that goes......activity isnt my strong suit but at least I'll gain some AP's. Well for those who are in the same boat, keep to it, theres no rush and if you really want something you can always achieve it! :)
